I’ve been where you are. Coming from a traditional South Asian household in the north of England where gender roles were the norm and people pleasing a way of life which led to a lack of belief, trust, or confidence in myself.

WHAT KIND OF TIME COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED FOR BREAKTHROUGH?

Unlike 6, 8, or 12 week programs which can feel overwhelming with the amount of 'homework' required in such a short amount of time, Breakthrough is designed to fit around your life whilst allowing for a full transformation, and is 6 months in length.

I would suggest setting aside at least 4-5 hours per week (that's less than an hour per day) to review materials and complete reflective practices & tasks. However this is a guideline and you may find some weeks require more or less time.

Breakthrough is split into six parts with training and educational videos and short tasks to complete in-between your 1:1 sessions to ensure the new skills and tools you are provided with are embedded - to ensure that your new habits stick!

DO I HAVE TO IDENTIFY AS A WOMAN OF COLOUR TO JOIN?

Whilst I have designed many of the training materials for Breakthrough with cultural sensitivities for women of colour, or from a collectivist culture, Breakthrough is open to all women.

I have taken fundamental elements from integrative therapy modalities alongside those from coaching modalities, and energy psychology and fused them together to form my unique methodology for Breakthrough, with culture and intersectionality taken into account.

These approaches include: Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Existential Therapy, EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique) and Solution Focussed Therapy.

I am a fully qualified therapist, counsellor and coach Registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), a member of the BACP Coaching Division, and hold Level 7 PostGraduate qualification.

HOW DO YOU CONDUCT THE 1:1 SESSIONS?

All 1:1 sessions are conducted virtually to work around you.

You will have a 60minute 1:1 session when you begin the program, twelve 50minute 1:1 sessions throughout the program PLUS an additional 45minute 1:1 check-in call 6 weeks after you complete the program.

IS THERE A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION?

Yes, as I value my time and yours, there is an investment for the consultation of £30. This will be deducted from the program fee should you choose to join Breakthrough. You can of course email me with any questions you have before booking your consultation.

WHAT IF I FEEL I NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AFTER I COMPLETE BREAKTHROUGH?

We will have a 1:1 session 6 weeks after you complete the program to see how you're getting on. You also have the option to remain in the private Telegram channel for a small monthly fee (and you can leave whenever you want!). And don't forget you will have access to the resources from the training portal for LIFE!

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

I understand this is a challenging program for many reasons, and sometimes we can start off with the best of intentions, but life can get in the way.
